1. Order Processing

All orders are fulfilled directly by our trusted suppliers and partners. Once your order is placed, it is processed within 1–3 business days.

Please note: We do not manufacture or inspect the products ourselves. Processing times may vary slightly depending on the supplier.

2. Shipping Methods & Times

Maison Infrared ships to Europe and select international destinations. Estimated delivery times (after dispatch) are:

  • European Union: 7–20 business days

  • International: 14–35 business days

These are estimates only. Shipping times may be longer due to:

  • Customs inspections

  • Carrier delays or strikes

  • Public holidays in your country or our suppliers’ countries

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the customer’s location and selected shipping method.

Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees applicable in their country.

4. Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email (if available).
Please note that some suppliers may not provide real-time tracking updates.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

Maison Infrared is not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit once handed to the carrier.
If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact your local postal service first.

In cases of confirmed delivery issues or damage reported within 7 days of receipt, we will work with the supplier to investigate and may offer a replacement at our discretion.

6. Multiple Shipments

Some orders may be shipped from different suppliers or warehouses, and delivery may arrive in multiple packages.

7. Customer Responsibility

To avoid delays, please ensure:

  • Your shipping address is correct

  • Someone is available to receive the package if required by the carrier
